Recently our Family went to Colorado and stayed a few days in the mountains. We had a great time. Everyday we were able to play in the snow. It snowed a few hours everyday and it was beautiful. Two days before we were playing to leave we saw it was supposed to snow several feet over the next couple of days. So we wouldn't be stuck, we decided to leave early the next morning. We woke to 2 feet of snow and it was still falling. Our car was covered!!!
Being Oklahomans we don't understand "don't drive in deep snow". We loaded the car and tried to head out. We made it a few feet and couldn't move. We were stuck physically and mentally. We didn't know what to do. Here is how the conversation went in the car.
Nicole- What are we going to do now?
Tim- Um, let me get out and see what I can do.
Nathan- Mom, lets pray! Jesus please help us, Jesus please help us, Jesus please help us.
And what do you know; Jesus showed up driving a road plow.
Nathan exclaimed - Jesus is here!!!

your boys are so sweet! i hope to have their childlike faith when i grow up. :]
Who knows...maybe it was Jesus driving that snowplow. Someone once said that they would rather have a child pray for them , because they haven't lived long enough to not have faith. Keep that faith Nathan!
I learned more from my kids than anywhere else! It's still happening!
I love that little boy's faith. Good parenting :)
LOVE IT! Was Jesus wearing one of those brown snow suits with his long hair tucked under a beanie?
That is so precious!
