Hey friend....I am thinking about making a list of everything in the world I know how to make and then a list of things that I want to learn. Then when I get to making my weekly meal list I have a variety. AND one other thing I like to do (not b/c you asked just b/c I am sharing the minimal knowledge I have) but if I know we will have leftovers then I make the list accordingly. One other tip is on the pork chop thing....have you made a pork loin? They are soooo yummy and already marinated all you do is throw on the grill. Just a tip. Anyhoooooo....hugs at ya!
Buffalo Chicken Dip is definitely one of my favorite meals to make. It is so popular at every party I bring it too. I usually make mine with Swanson can chicken because it saves me so much time! Here is the recipe I use:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (9.75 oz each) Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained
½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
½ cup blue cheese salad dressing
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Assorted fresh vegetables and/or crackers
1.Stir cream cheese in deep baking dish until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2.Bake at 350°F. for 20 min. until hot and bubbling. Stir. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
